A Prayer Against Narcissists, Manipulators, And Energy Vampires

You weren’t created to be anyone’s emotional punching bag, their therapist, their ATM, or their constant supply of energy while they give you nothing in return. God is calling you to protect your peace, set boundaries without guilt, and walk away from people who only take from you. It’s not selfish to choose yourself. It’s survival.

Pray this out loud today and trust that God is already removing every person who was never meant to stay. 

God,

I’m tired of feeling drained by people who only show up when they need something from me. I’m tired of being manipulated, guilt-tripped, and emotionally exhausted by people who take and take but never give. I’m tired of narcissists who twist my words, gaslight my reality, and make me question my own peace just to protect theirs.

God, I’m asking you to expose every person in my life who is draining me. Show me clearly who’s using me, who’s manipulating me, and who’s only around because of what I provide — not because they genuinely love me. Give me the courage to set boundaries I’ve been too afraid to set. Give me the strength to walk away from people I’ve been holding onto out of guilt, loyalty, or fear of being alone.

Protect my energy, God. Guard my peace. Remove every energy vampire, every manipulator, every person who makes me feel smaller instead of stronger. I refuse to let toxic people have access to my heart, my time, or my future anymore.
