Watch: Paige Spiranac Offers Swing Advice to Top-Heavy Golfers
Paige Spiranac is not one to shy away from her curves. She doesn't just acknowledge them. She shows them off all across her social media channels, and even in an annual calendar.
Recently, the former Division I golf star took to her Instagram account and shared a tutorial that's especially useful for women golfers who face similar challenges Spiranac has faced most of her adult life.
'How to swing with some great cans'
That's exactly how the 32-year-old captioned the short video that shows her offering a few simple steps for golfers who are, shall we say, top-heavy.
Spiranac, in her trademark part-revealing golf attire, hit the golf course and offered a two-step tutorial.
Step one, she says, is move farther away from the ball for space.
"Next, you want to tuck your right arm and lay your left arm on top of that mommy milker," she says. "Bombs away?"

Spiranac Knows Her Golf
Spiranac, who has more than 4 million followers on Instagram, 1.7 million on TikTok, and 1 million on X, is more than just a golf influencer. She knows her stuff, and can prove it.
The model and former NCAA golf champion recently had a cameo in Netflix’s Happy Gilmore 2, playing the role of a Dick’s Sporting Goods employee in a major scene with Adam Sandler.
Spiranac played Division I golf at the University of Arizona and San Diego State, where she earned All-Mountain West Conference honors in 2012 and 2013. She also helped the Aztecs clinch their first conference championship in 2015.
