The Senate stands adjourned until 12:00pm on Wednesday, March 25, 2026.

Following Leader remarks, the Senate will resume consideration of House Message with respect to S.1383, the legislative vehicle for the SAVE Act.

During Tuesday’s Session Senator Thune filed cloture on Husted amendment #4732 and on the motion to proceed to Cal. #311, H.R.7147 DHS Appropriations.  These clotures are expected to ripen during Thursday’s session.

Roll call votes are possible during Wednesday’s session with respect to the following CRA’s, Senators will be notified when more information is available.

• Cal. #338 S.J.Res.103 (Blumenthal) — A joint resolution providing for congressional disapproval under chapter 8 of title 5, United States Code, of the rule submitted by the Department of Veterans Affairs relating to "Reproductive Health Services"
• Cal. #363 S.J.Res.107 (Cortez Masto)— A joint resolution providing for congressional disapproval under chapter 8 of title 5, United States Code, of the rule submitted by the Internal Revenue Service relating to "Beginning of Construction Requirements for Purposes of the Termination of Clean Electricity Production Credits and Clean Electricity Investment Credits for Applicable Wind and Solar Facilities"
