Life After The Pardon. The Battles Keep Coming For J6 Dad Billy Chrestman (Video)

With all that is happening in the world, it is hard to get past the noise of looming war, “Influencers” fighting, no arrests of the evil and satanic pedos, no one being held accountable for crimes, and so on, and so on…

There are still men and women who our government has politically persecuted, and they have yet to receive any relief. The Patriots pardoned for January 6th are still having a hard time. Although many of them are getting by and trying to navigate a new life, they are still struggling and feel forgotten.

Billy Chrestman is one of those J6ers. He is going through a contentious custody battle over his youngest child. Billy sat down with me to explain what is happening now in this fight that has been going on for the last year and why J6 plays a part.

Billy has three adult children whom he raised with his ex-wife amicably. After his divorce, he began a relationship with a woman he had gone to high school with. They had a child together and have been sharing custody after they broke up.

Billy eventually got married to his current wife and continued to share custody until his arrest in 2021.

Now that Billy has been pardoned by the President, his daughter’s mother has decided that he should not have any custody of his 11-year-old.

He is unable to say too much so as not to hurt his case, but what he can say is that he loves his child and would do anything to keep her safe and loved. The mother attempted to get police involved, saying Billy hit his child at a store, but with all the cameras around the store, there were absolutely no signs of any abuse. The police refused to go any further with the allegations.

In the interview, we discuss how the family courts are not in favor of giving men custody and seem to keep the fathers out of children’s lives. This is a broken system and is set up to make as much money for the “system” as possible.

His child’s mother is on the opposite side, politically, from Billy and tries to use his J6 prison time as one of the reasons why he should not have access to his child. She hopes the judge in their case will be liberal and grant her full custody.

Billy does not have an attorney right now. He had an attorney who did not align politically with Billy, which he was fine with. However, the lawyer took his money and only filed a few documents. After close to 2 years, he still doesn’t have a court date, and the Chrestmans are out of $20,000 plus.

Billy has been trying to find another attorney, not just a family law lawyer, but also a criminal one, due to the mother’s allegations. After he lost his high paying career due to his J6 incarceration, he has been working at the only job he could get, a security guard. His wife is working full-time, and they have sold everything of value.

We talk about how a father is a role model and how important it is to have them in a child’s life. A good father teaches a daughter the kind of man she should marry or have in her life. I witnessed how much Billy’s daughter loves him, and he loves her. I saw the love between them at the DC Gulag during his only visit with her.
