MS NOW host scrambles on air after guest uncorks explosive Trump allegations
MS NOW host Ana Cabrera quickly issued a disclaimer Monday after ex-Capitol Police officer Michael Fanone made unfounded allegations during a live interview that President Donald Trump had sexually abused children.
Fanone appeared on the network to discuss upcoming "No Kings" protests scheduled for Saturday, but veered into commentary about Trump's Iran war. Fanone suggested the military operation was launched to redirect media attention from the Jeffrey Epstein files plaguing the White House.
When he escalated to unsubstantiated claims about Trump's alleged conduct with minors, Cabrera intervened with a legal disclaimer stating Trump has not been charged with any crime and denies wrongdoing regarding the Epstein case.
Fanone, who gained prominence after being assaulted during the January 6 Capitol riot, has since retired from law enforcement and become a political commentator.
