Plans to redevelop land at Dartford International Ferry Terminal and expand DoubleTree by Hilton Dartford Bridge
Plans to redevelop land at a ferry terminal and expand a 4-star hotel are among the latest applications submitted to Dartford council.
Permission is sought to demolish existing buildings at the former Dartford International Ferry Terminal in Clipper Boulevard to make way for a commercial warehouse development.
The scheme includes access, servicing, parking and landscaping.
A proposal has also been put forward to extend the nearby DoubleTree by Hilton at Dartford Bridge.
The plans include new plant and associated works to expand the existing hotel site.
Elsewhere, land to the east of New Barn Road in Southfleet could be transformed into a temporary commercial electric vehicle charging hub.
The scheme would be complete with infrastructure, access roads and landscaping.
In Steele Avenue, Greenhithe, a residential property could be converted into a children’s care home.
The plans feature alterations to windows and the internal layout.
And permission is sought to extend and reconfigure a gypsy and traveller site at Nurstead Stables in Longfield.
The proposal includes an additional static caravan, bringing the total to four, alongside a touring caravan and associated works.
