Madonna Recreates 'Like a Virgin' Video With Julia Garner in Venice Amid 'The Studio' Season 2 Filming

Madonna and Julia Garner are getting into the groove together in a gondola in Venice, Italy.

The Queen of Pop and the Ozark actress, who have been pictured filming for The Studio Season 2 for the past week, shared a video together lip-syncing along to Madonna‘s classic “Like a Virgin.”

The accompanying music video for the 1984 global hit, directed by Mary Lambert, was partially filmed on location in Venice.

“[Madonna] singing in a gondola was the most outrageous thing I could think of”,” the director said in an interview for I Want My MTV: The Uncensored Story of the Music Video Revolution.

We got a first look at Madonna in costume days before, as the two stepped out together while filming scenes.

If you didn’t know, Julia was cast to play Madonna in a forthcoming biopic project.

Several other celebrities have been spotted filming scenes for the second season of the Emmy-winning Apple TV Seth Rogen series, including Bryan Cranston and Ike Barinholtz.
