Football Insider are now reporting that Spurs’ 3-0 loss to Forest has made Igor Tudor’s position at Tottenham ‘untennable’.

Despite the sense of optimism ahead of the game, the Croat could be on his way out before Spurs resume Premier League action.

It is revealed that Tottenham see the upcoming international break as the ‘perfect opportunity’ to sack Tudor and bring a new manager in.

The report adds that Spurs may put the former Juventus boss out of his misery swiftly so that they give themselves some time to find a suitable replacement.

Who can Spurs turn to to replace Tudor?

Tottenham’s top managerial target, Roberto De Zerbi, is reportedly not willing to take up a job until the summer, and one doubts the Italian would be too keen to step in at a club who could get relegated.

Mauricio Pochettino can also only return to Spurs in the summer at the earliest, with his contract with USA ending with the World Cup.

There have been some suggestions over recent weeks that Tottenham have considered turning to Sean Dyche to get them out of trouble.
