Insiders Detail Taylor Swift & Travis Kelce’s Surprising ‘Major Priority’ Amid Wedding Planning
It seems Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s “major priority” amid wedding planning is all about after the wedding. While their wedding seems to be coming this summer, it’s reported that Swift and Kelce are focused on the honeymoon.
“They have been planning this for weeks and have already informed friends and family that they will be ‘off the grid’ during this time,” an insider told The Sun, saying their honeymoon is the “major priority” amid all the planning. “Unless there is an emergency, they want to limit outside contact to truly immerse themselves in this once-in-a-lifetime experience before Travis returns to the football field.”
It seems their honeymoon will start in the Bahamas, then they head to Europe to go to Paris, Lake Como, the French Riviera, Greece, and Croatia to reconnect with Kelce’s ancestral roots. Then they’ll reportedly go to Singapore and Australia!
“It’s a once-in-a-lifetime experience where they can just be themselves, enjoy the time together before going back to work,” the insider added. “They are really looking forward to it.”
It’s reportedly set to be a three-week world tour, and since the Chiefs’ first practice is currently scheduled for July 22, and they wanna do it before football season, it totally lines up for the wedding and honeymoon being in June and early July.
For those who don’t know, Kelce and Swift have been dating since July 2023, but didn’t make their romance known until months later, when Swift arrived at one of his games. (Kelce even talked about his crush on her on his podcast with his brother months prior to this.)
Then, Swift and Kelce announced their engagement news on Aug. 26 2025. “Your English teacher and your gym teacher are getting married ????” Swift captioned a post, revealing several pictures from the intimate moment surrounded by flowers in their backyard garden.
Insiders recently told DailyMail that Swift and Kelce will definitely tie the knot this summer, and allegedly before football season. (Hint hint: The Chiefs’ first practice is currently scheduled for July 22, so this totally checks out that they’ll probably get married in June!)
“Everybody [loved ones, close friends] has been told to put the summer on hold and they will find out the details right before the wedding,” one insider said, with another adding the wedding “will definitely take place prior to football season.”
