Bruce Willis’s Granddaughter Louetta Gives Him a Sweet Kiss in Rare Photo Amid Dementia Battle: ‘All You Need Is Love’
Bruce Willis is the most loving grandfather to 2-year-old Louetta! His ex-wife Demi Moore shared a rare photo of the Die Hard star with Louetta amid his battle with frontotemporal dementia, and the pure love will melt your heart.
“All you need is LOVE. Happy birthday, BW! ♥️” Moore captioned the photo on Instagram on March 19. In it, Louetta, who is the daughter of Willis and Moore’s daughter Rumer Willis, kisses her grandpa on the cheek. She is dressed adorably in a gingham yellow dress with her hair in braids, as Bruce holds her. In the second picture, Louetta turns to give her grandpa a hug as Willis looks off to the side with a small smile on his face. The precious moment is utterly adorable.
“Happy Birthday Bruce!!!!! ❤️???????? we love you!” Rita Wilson commented.
Rumer shared her own tribute to Willis in honor of his birthday, which included a video montage of some of his famous movie moments. The cover photo was another picture of Louetta kissing Willis.
“Happy Birthday Daddio,” she captioned the post. “I wanted to think about you today. Dancing around, being your undeniably charming self. I love you so much.”
In an Aug. 2025 interview on the Diane Sawyer special, Emma and Bruce Willis: The Unexpected Journey, Willis’s wife Emma Heming Willis revealed that the family made the “hard decision” to move the 71-year-old into a separate home with full-time care. “Bruce would want that for our daughters,” she said, referring to their daughters Mabel, 13, and Evelyn, 11. “He would want them to be in a home that was more tailored to their needs, not his needs.”
Even though their relationship with Willis has changed over the years, it’s clear how much his family supports him — and how much his only granddaughter adores him.
