Taylor Swift Is Set To Mark Her First Major Appearance of the Year at This Significant Event
Ever since The Eras Tour ended, Swifties have been anxious for any official sighting of Taylor Swift. Luckily, we won’t have to wait long. Swift is set to make her first major appearance of 2026 at this significant event!
“The Life of a Showgirl” singer has been lying low lately, but that is finally about to change. iHeartMedia and Fox Entertainment announced on March 18 that the Grammy winner will be at this year’s iHeartRadio Music Awards in Los Angeles on March 26. This will be her first award show appearance in 2026, and we can’t wait!
Swift is not scheduled to perform; however, we may see her on stage as she is the most nominated artist with nine nominations. These include Song of the Year for “The Fate of Ophelia,” Artist of the Year, Pop Artist of the Year, Pop Song of the Year, Favorite TikTok Dance, Best Lyrics, Best Music Video, Favorite On Screen, and Favorite Tour Style.
The last time Swift attended the iHeartRadio Music Awards was in 2023, where she accepted the prestigious Innovator Award. “The thing about these exciting nights and moments and especially this award, they’re shining a light on the choices I made that worked out, that turned out to be good ideas,” she said during her acceptance speech, according to Billboard.
“I want everyone to know — especially young people — that the hundreds and thousands of dumb ideas that I had led me to my good ideas,” she continued. “You have to give yourself permission to fail. I try as hard as I can not to fail because it’s embarrassing, but I give myself permission to.”
She added, “Make the right choices that make sense for you and someone one day might think you’re innovative.”
Swift made virtual appearances at the iHeartRadio Music Awards the last two years, so we are excited to see her “in person” again at 8 p.m. ET March 26 on Fox or streaming on DIRECTV, Sling Blue, Fubo, and Hulu + Live TV.
