Surfless Thursday morning
Hello Friends,
More rain in the forecast today and no surf (as expected). The MHL buoy data from 0600 showed 1.3 metres at 8 seconds from the east. With all the rain yesterday and more to come for the next week basically, there has to be a question over the water quality.
Outlook for surf remains uninspiring. There might possibly be a little bump here and there between now and mid-next week, but the next swell influx isn’t on the cards until maybe Wednesday…
As always, I hope to be proven wrong on this front!
Have a top old Thursday everybody.
Weather Situation
A high over the Tasman Sea extends a weak ridge over northern coastal waters, while a trough has stalled about the Hunter coast. A weak ridge will extend across Victoria during the weekend.
