Meghan Markle’s Kids Archie & Lilibet Are Mom's 'Little Helpers' In Rare Instagram Video
Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s kids Prince Archie, 6, and Princess Lilibet, 4, typically stay away from the spotlight, but they just made the cutest appearance on their mom’s Instagram. The young royals acted as their mom’s “little helpers,” and we are melting at the cuteness.
During a photoshoot for Markle’s As Ever lifestyle brand, Markle was seen arranging white flowers outside on a beautiful spring day. In the video, she looks up, distracted by something Prince Archie is doing off camera. “Are you having fun, my love?” Markle asks Archie with a smile. She interrupts Archie and Lilibet as they approach her, later giggling Archie’s name as he does something else.
A little later, Lilibet walks up to her mom, looking cute in a white dress. “Hi,” Markle whispers to her daughter. Lilibet whispers something in her mom’s ear, and Markle responds to her request, “Yes, I think you can!” before she ushers her away from the camera to help her with something. It’s such a perfect example of how difficult it is to juggle working from home with little kids around!
Markle also shared two photos from the photoshoot, including one of Lilibet helping her mom pour water into a vase, as Markle smiles at her little girl. In another, Markle arranges flowers on the table, where her red-headed daughter hides underneath the table. She just wants to be close to her mom, and it’s so cute!
“Mama’s little helpers ????” Markle captioned the post. “BTS of our shoot for @aseverofficial at our home.”
Earlier this month, Markle shared a picture of her and her daughter hugging on a huge rock next to the beach. The photo, taken by Prince Harry, was captioned, “For the woman she will one day be… Happy International Women’s Day.”
She also posted a picture of Lilibet on Valentine’s Day. In this one, the little girl is wearing a pink ballet leotard with pink ties, as she holds a bouquet of red balloons. Prince Harry holds his daughter in his arms and smiles at her in the sweet shot.
“These two + Archie = my forever Valentines♥️” Markle captioned the post.

In a January appearance with The Amazing Generation authors Jonathan Haidt and Catherine Price, Markle talked about the importance of living in the moment without screens. “You were saying, you cannot replace the feeling of a deep, guttural belly laugh,” she told Haidt. “An emoji laugh is not the same physiological response that we need, that our kids need,. What I love is that the more that we encourage our children to do this, we mimic those same behaviors. We also start to play, and we also start to be more present.”
It’s clear Markle takes this philosophy to heart, as you can see the sweet way she giggles with her kids and pays attention to them, even when she is busy working. We love to see it!
