WAYNE ROOT: Does MAGA Want to Win the Midterms and Save America? Does MAGA Want to Pass the SAVE Act? Here is How To Do It. HINT: Think 2-for-Price of 1.

Despite the lies, rhetoric and propaganda we all hear in the biased mainstream media, President Trump is not only popular, he’s in the perfect position to win the midterms…

If we can pass the infamous SAVE Act.

The SAVE Act- that’s the whole kitchen sink, the whole enchilada, the whole kit ‘n caboodle, the whole ballgame!

And polls prove we have the support and momentum on our side. You might not hear these favorable polls in the media, but here they are…

President Trump’s favorability with his base is the highest in modern history. Meaning his base loves and trusts him.

Who says that? CNN’s data expert Harry Enten, who reports, “Republicans love Donald Trump more than any president’s own party’s supporters loved him at this particular point.”

How about the war in Iran? Over 90% of MAGA voters back “Operation Epic Fury.” Even more remarkably, 93% of MAGA voters approve of our USA alliance with Israel.

Sorry Tucker, Candace and Marjorie Taylor Greene, but you all failed big time.

Clearly, all your hate and hot air didn’t move the needle one inch. Your attempts to divide MAGA, and demonize Jews and Israel, failed miserably.

But nothing is more important to the American people than Voter ID. Virtually everyone supports Voter ID- including most Democrats!

Harvard CAPS/Harris shows 81% support- including 70% of Democrats.

Pew Research shows 83% support for Voter ID- including huge majorities of blacks, whites and Latinos.

Gallop shows 84% support Voter ID, while 83% support proof of citizenship to vote.

Rasmussen shows 75% support for Voter ID. Their polls also show more support for ICE than the Democrat Party!

So, the stars are aligned, and everything is coming up aces. Trump is in the driver’s seat, Republicans are in the driver’s seat, and The SAVE Act is the most popular election reform in history!

Now we get to the fly in the ointment.

The GOP Senate is filled with rat-fink, bribed, bought off, RINO cowards and traitors. Many, if not most, of the GOP Senators- even with the wind blowing at 150 MPH at their backs- don’t really want to pass the SAVE Act.

Senators claim we now might have the votes to suspend the Filibuster and pass the SAVE Act. “Might.” Do you believe them? Would you bet your life on that?

These spineless and corrupt RINO clowns and sad sacks always find a way to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory.

What my gut tells me is the GOP Senate will either fail at the last minute, or they will stall, stall, stall until the clock runs out, and brag they gave it their best shot.

Anyone want to bet?

So, if it happens to pass- GREAT! But we can’t count on The SAVE Act passing the GOP Senate. We need two simultaneous options to be in motion at once.

A kind of “fail safe option.”

President Trump should defeat the RINOS at their own game by signing his Executive Order for Election Integrity right now. Make it simultaneous. Put even more pressure on the GOP Senate to act.

Because our real enemy here is time.

We are running out of time before the midterms. We know there will be legal challenges by Democrats- ie Marxist traitors trying to steal elections, so they can open borders, change the demographics of the electorate, and destroy our country.

If President Trump waits for the Senate, and it never happens, it will be too late. Too much time will go by, and with court challenges, The SAVE Act will never be in place before the midterms.

Every minute counts.

If court challenges stop the SAVE Act from being in place before the midterms, Democrats will cheat to the max. They will steal the midterms. Then the Trump presidency is ruined. It’s over. The next two years, not only will Trump be unable to pass a bill, but his administration will be bogged down by nonstop investigations and impeachments.

The smart move is for President Trump to sign his EO version of the SAVE Act right now- so no matter if the Senate passes it, or not, there is still enough time for court challenges and ultimately, a final Supreme Court ruling.

I’ve spoken to one of America’s foremost experts on this issue- John Goodman. He believes a Trump EO would actually be better than the Senate passing the SAVE Act. Why?

First, because Trump’s EO will have stricter limits on mail-in ballots. While Voter ID and proof of citizenship are important, Goodman says eliminating mail-in ballots is far more important.

The EO will fully eliminate the fraudulent use of mail-in ballots, replacing them with already Constitutionally-approved absentee ballots- only used allowed to be used by elderly, disabled, or overseas military voters.

This is precisely how Democrats are using illegal aliens to steal elections. Voter ID and proof of citizenship alone don’t stop this form of voter fraud- because millions of illegals are voting by mail-in ballot- without ever leaving their homes.

Trump’s EO will solve this issue once and for all.

Goodman also believes the SAVE Act- either a law passed by Congress, or a Trump EO- will have an ironclad 100% chance of being affirmed by the Supreme Court. Based on three provisions of our U.S. Constitution, and a 1995 Supreme Court ruling (U.S. Term Limits v. Thornton), Goodman says the Supremes will find it impossible to overturn The SAVE Act.

The issue was already decided by this 1995 ruling and our US Constitution. The Supreme Court rarely ever in history has overturned their own rulings, let alone the US Constitution.

So, if we get The SAVE Act across the finish line in any form, we will win at the Supreme Court. Therefore the real issue is…

Did we leave enough time for court challenges and a Supreme Court ruling?

So, President Trump please act now. Pass your EO version simultaneously while the GOP Senate tries to pass their version. Let’s get on two paths to victory, and get them both on record, while there is still time for multiple court rulings, plus an expediated ruling by the Supreme Court.

That’s the path to insure victory in the midterms: 2-for-price-of-1.
