The Altruists, based on a New York Magazine article about FTX, tells the “story of Sam Bankman-Fried and Caroline Ellison, two hyper-smart, ambitious young idealists who tried to remake the global financial system in the blink of an eye – before they were accused of stealing $8 billion and became Gen Z’s own Bonnie & Clyde.”
Hudson will play the role of Duncan Rheingans‑Yoo, who met Sam while working together at Jane Street.
Another new cast member is Jennifer Grey, which is interesting because it has been widely speculated that Connor Storrie could potentially be working with her another project!
