Jools Lebron, the influencer who went viral for her “very demure, very mindful,” joke video is opening up about substance abuse.
The 32-year-old social media star is sharing how the sudden fame from being in the spotlight led her down a dark path.
“Going viral ruined my life,” she said in a new video shared on Monday (March 16). “It let me fall down a slope of [insobriety] that ruined my life.”

“I’d start processing, and I’m like, ‘You know what? If I’m drunk, I don’t really have to process this.’ Then three days later I’d still [be] awake, and I don’t want that anymore. It’s horrible,” she said in another video, per New York Post.
Jools continued, “You wake up and you’re sick and tired of being sick and tired. This is my first day being sober. I’m in the process of reclaiming my life, and this could help somebody.”
Since then, she has been posting several videos chronicling her journey to getting sober and seems to be getting a lot of encouragement from fans and followers in her comments section.
