Whitney Leavitt Hints at 'Secret Lives of Mormon Wives' Departure
Whitney Leavitt is considering pursuing other dreams outside of Secret Lives of Mormon Wives.
The 32-year-old reality star chatted with The Hollywood Reporter in an interview published on Monday (March 16) and talked about some of the dreams she still has that might potentially lead her away from the Hulu series.
“I wouldn’t be where I am without [The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives,]” Whitney says, continuing, “But it feels like it’s time to challenge myself in other ways and fulfill these dreams and passions that I’ve been trying to get even before the show.”

At one point, THR’s McKinley Franklin asked the Dancing with the Stars alum if she sees herself leaving the show, especially when she keeps getting outside opportunities, such as her current Broadway run as Roxie Hart in Chicago.
“Well, I’m figuring it out in real time. We’re figuring it out together,” she responded, referring to her husband, Connor Leavitt, “But it feels like that’s the trajectory of where it’s going.”
Whitney will also star in a new romantic comedy film to be released sometime this year.
The hit Hulu reality show is in a precarious state at the moment as production on season 5 has paused amid allegations of domestic violence made against star Taylor Frankie Paul and her ex-boyfriend Dakota Mortensen.
