Celebrities gathered for the 34th Annual Elton John AIDS Foundation Academy Awards Viewing Party on Sunday (March 15) at West Hollywood Park in West Hollywood, Calif.
Elton hosted the event alongside husband David Furnish, Neil Patrick Harris and husband David Burtka as the star-studded benefit raised an impressive $10.6 million in support of the Elton John AIDS Foundation’s work to help end AIDS.

The evening included a performance by Lola Young, who sang songs from her latest album and had the crowd singing along to her hit, “Messy.”

The evening started with a Champagne Bollinger cocktail reception hosted by American Airlines in celebration of the airline’s centennial anniversary. Guests enjoyed a curated culinary experience crafted by Chef Wayne Elias along with specialty cocktails by Tequila Don Julio.
The fundraising portion of the night was led by auctioneer and author Lydia Fenet, who encouraged generous contributions in support of the Elton John AIDS Foundation’s lifesaving work. One standout moment included the auction of artist Jack Coulter’s Tiny Dancer, which was introduced with a behind-the-scenes video showing the creation of the artwork. The artist, who lives with synesthesia and experiences sound as color, created the piece during a live piano rendition of “Tiny Dancer” by Elton John, marking the first time Elton had ever performed the song on solo piano without vocals.
Additional auction highlights included a Steve Schapiro photograph of Robert Redford and Lauren Hutton, an Elton John pinball machine by Jersey Jack Pinball, a Burberry London experience, Chopard Haute Joaillerie chandelier earrings, a Peter Hujar Nude Self Portrait Series photograph, Andre Miripolsky’s Elton Takes Manhattan 1980 artwork, a pair of Rolex Cosmograph Daytona Yin and Yang watches engraved with Elton and David’s signatures, Dua Lipa’s custom Jean Paul Gaultier bright pink corset, a private dinner with Elton John and David Furnish, and two invitations to the Vanity Fair Oscars after party.
