Karlie Kloss Confuses Fans on Where She Stands With Ivanka Trump Amid 2026 Vanity Fair Oscar Party Appearance
Despite the Vanity Fair Oscar Party slashing their guest list by half, and explicitly banning the Trump administration from attending, it seems one figure got through; and fans are confused on which side she’s on. Despite consistently shading her sister-in-law in the public, Karlie Kloss still reportedly hangs with Ivanka. But even with this ban, fans can’t figure out where Kloss really stands: Is she with her sister-in-law, or not into it at all?
Well, both Kloss and her husband Joshua Kushner arrived at the 2026 Vanity Fair Oscar Party Hosted By Mark Guiducci at Los Angeles County Museum of Art on March 15, 2026. See a photo below:
In case you missed it, an insider told Page Six: “No Trump administration officials have been invited this year.”
Listen, we know she’s not part of the Trump administration, but the jab to the family and administration has people wondering whose side she’s actually on. Many wonder if this is an actual stance or if she’ll be partying with Ivanka in a few weeks.
For years, people have noticed how Kloss and Ivanka don’t get along. Rumors ran especially rampant after Kloss never reciprocated Ivanka’s support, despite Ivanka’s efforts to show support for her sister-in-law’s career moves and her pregnancy announcement in 2025.

Back in 2023, insiders claimed they had reportedly turned a new leaf, and it may be because of their husbands’ close bond. According to insiders from The Messenger via MSN, the author of The Trump Card and Kloss allegedly socialized frequently ever since Ivanka decided to step down from politics in late 2023.
The insider added that since their husbands, brothers Jared Kushner and Joshua Kushner, “are very close,” the Kushner wives have allegedly been trying to strengthen their bond. Not only that, but in 2025, photos obtained by DailyMail show the two couples having a sun-kissed time in Costa Rica, looking quite chummy.
