At the time, police found in her car “a small container with ‘Happy Pills’ imprinted on the top,” including “12 circular white pills with a ‘P’ imprint on one side, and half of an oblong blue pill with no identifiable imprints.”
When asked about the pills, she claimed they were Xanax and birth control, but could not provide proof of her alleged Xanax prescription.
The police already had an active warrant out for Grace‘s arrest for a second degree harassment charge, the report also claims. There were no specifics given regarding the harassment charge.
She was also previously arrested in 2016 on three drug possession charges.
Grace‘s new arrest comes just days after season four of Southern Hospitality premiered on Bravo.
