'Mormon Wives' Star Jessi Draper Hints At Impending Divorce From Husband Jordan After A Rocky Season 4

The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives Jessi Draper hinted that a divorce from husband Jordan Ngatikaura may be on the cards as their relationship issues continue to play out in season 4 of the show.

In season 4, which premiered on March 12, Jessi and Jordan are still navigating the fallout from her emotional affair with Vanderpump Villa star Marciano Brunette. In the new episodes, Jessi revealed that she frequently stays in a hotel when things get bad with Jordan, who she accused of emotional abuse last season.

Later, Jessi and Jordan argue over her decision to start using her maiden name publicly. Jessi decides to review her prenup and raises concerns about their paperwork. “We discovered that me and Jordan did not have witnesses sign [the prenup], so that could mean that the prenup is voided,” Jessi revealed to her costars before breaking into tears. “This information has really rattled me because I just don’t know what that could mean for me, my business and the security of my family.”

So, are Jessi and Jordan still together after season 4?

Yes, Jessi and Jordan are still together. However, in a March 13 interview with Cosmopolitan, Jessi hinted that she hasn’t ruled out divorce. She explained that her name change was “mainly for my career, just because [Ngatikaura] is such a hard name to pronounce, and it just didn’t make sense if I’m having a public career.” But added that she did think about life outside of her marriage when making the decision, “But there was a part of me, too, that was like, ‘Things [with Jordan] are rocky, and if it goes this way, at least people already know me as Draper.'”

Jessi was also asked if learning about her prenup was the only reason she decided not to pursue a divorce from Jordan. Jessi said that she decided to “let go of the prenup conversation, because I want to make the decision for me and my happiness, rather than for money.” She continued, “I still will look into that in the future if I need to. But I felt like I was basing the decision [about whether or not to get divorced] off of that. And I didn’t want to do that.”

After a rough season 3, in which Jessi’s affair was a central storyline in the show, the hair salon owner confirmed to SheKnows that she and Jordan were actively working on their marriage. “We’re still together,” Jessi told SheKnows in November 2025. “We’ve been doing a lot of therapy.”

Jessi admitted that they’ve done a lot of work to improve the “toxic” and “emotionally abusive” aspects of their relationship and believes that her affair was a “cry for help” to work on her broken marriage with Jordan.

“I think it needed to happen this way, almost, for both of us to hold ourselves accountable,” she continued. “Now that the world is going to know it’s like, we can’t act that way anymore. We have to get better not just for us, but for our kids and for everyone watching.”

The couple also shares daughter Jovi, 3, and son Jagger, 5. 

At the end of season 3 of The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives, Jordan tells Jessi, “I want to make it work with you.” He adds, “I believe that we both deserve to put what’s happened behind us and try to move forward from it.”

Jessi tells Jordan that her “biggest fear” is that they will “fall back into old patterns” after they get back together, but Jordan insists that through therapy, he has realized that his aggressions come from “some of the traumas from his past.”

“I want our family to be whole again,” Jordan says.

Jessi agrees to give their marriage another chance, and Jordan says he’s “over the moon” to be moving back into their home. “I love you, and I’m glad that we’ve been able to work through things,” Jessi says.

Did Jessi Cheat on Jordan?

Yes, Jessi cheated on Jordan with Marciano during a trip to Los Angeles after meeting him on the set of Vanderpump Villa.

Marciano revealed the affair in the season two finale of The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives, confirming to Layla Taylor that they “more than” made out. “We have tried meeting up [to continue the affair],” he added. “Jordan doesn’t know the truth about how extensive it was. It was not just a one-time hookup thing. It was not some one-night stand.”

In season three, Jessi admits that she kissed Marciano and spent the night with him in a hotel room but insisted, “We did not have sex. That didn’t happen.”

Marciano later admits that they never had sex.

What Else Has Jessi Said About Her Relationship With Jordan After Her Affair?

Previously, during a May 20 episode of The Viall Files, Jessi alluded to Jordan doing something problematic amid their marital strife. When asked by host Nick Viall if Jordan was a “role model” for a good husband, Jessi said he was not.

“No, I think that there’s been a lot that’s happened,” she admitted. “I think that he and I are both willing to work on things and change. But maybe he should be asked that question because that might wake him up. But no, I think there are a lot of things that have needed to change.”

Viall then hinted that he had “heard some things” about Jordan he was “really disappointed” to find out.

In her interview with SheKnows, Jessi said that being the sole breadwinner in her household put strain on her marriage. “I’ll speak just for my husband, but I think that men lose their purpose when they’re not working. When the woman is the successful one and the breadwinner, they can feel lost,” she said. “I think that happened to Jordan, where I was doing all of these things, and he was just kind of like, ‘Well, am I just along for the ride?’ That definitely took a toll on both of us.”

Despite their issues, Jordan penned a heartfelt note about Jessi in a May 11 Instagram post, shortly before The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives aired. “Happy Mother’s Day to the heart of our family,” he wrote. “There are so many things I admire about Jessi, but the way you love and mother our kids is something I’m endlessly grateful for. Your strength, your softness, and the way you show up for them every single day is nothing short of beautiful.”

“You were made to be their mom, and they are so lucky to have you. Through all of life’s ups and downs, I still choose you. I still love you every single day,” he added.
