Is Rob Rausch Going To Be On ‘Survivor’?

Rob Rausch is a Love Island alum who recently won the fourth season of The Traitors.

While the snake wrangler plans to take his $220k prize (sans the money he spent on second place finisher Maura Higgins’s Birkin bag) back to Alabama to live a quiet life out of the spotlight, he’s also said he’d like to be a contestant on Survivor. “That’s one of the only reality shows that I’ve ever watched of my own volition and it is good and it’s fun.” He told the Today Show “I think if Jeff [Probst] ever called, maybe I would do it.”

Survivor host and executive producer Jeff Probst then gave his thoughts on Rob as a potential cast member, “All I know is—he’s kind of like a, ‘maybe I’d do Survivor.’ I just want to say to Rob: it’s gonna take a little more than just casual interest to do our show.”

However, Probst also agreed that Rob would be fun to watch, “Yes, he’s a very compelling guy… The Traitors is bringing up some really interesting people and the gameplay is revealing some really compelling people.”
