Shuffle of Odisha IAS officers, additional charge fixed
Odisha government has orchestrated a minor reshuffle of IAS officers. Prathamesh Arvind Rajeshirke moves to Malkangiri as collector, while Somesh Kumar Upadhyay takes charge as director of textiles. Manish Agarwal is now registrar of cooperative societies, and Smruti Ranjan Pradhan heads the Odisha Small Industries Corporation, also overseeing Startup Odisha.
