Jack Osbourne & Wife Aree Welcome Baby Girl, Name Newborn After Ozzy Osbourne
Jack Osbourne is now a dad of five girls!
On Wednesday (March 11), Jack, 40, announced that he and wife Aree recently welcomed a baby girl.
While sharing the exciting news on Instagram, Jack revealed that he and Aree named their newborn daughter after his late father, Ozzy Osbourne.
Keep reading to find out more…“Introducing Ozzy Matilda Osbourne,” Jack wrote along with a black and white video of the newborn sleeping in a bassinet with a stuffed animal bat next to her. If you didn’t know, the plush bat is a reference to the Black Sabbath‘s infamous 1982 incident in which he bit the head off of a live bat on stage during a concert.
He also revealed that baby Ozzy was born at 8:49am on March 5, weighing 7lbs 12 oz and measuring in at 19 inches.
Along with the newborn, Jack and Aree – who have been married since September 2023 – are also parents to 3-year-old daughter Maple. Jack also shares daughters Pearl, 13, Andy, 10, and Minnie, 8, with ex-wife Lisa Stelly.
If you didn’t know, the Black Sabbath rocker passed away in July 2025, just 17 days after his farewell concert. He was 76-years-old.
Jack publicly announced in December that Aree was pregnant, revealing that Ozzy knew about the baby before his death.
