'Rabisu: Curse of the Demon' Trailer: Hallmark Stars Hunter King & Wes Brown Team Up for New Horror Movie!
Hallmark stars are going horror with Hunter King and Wes Brown teaming up for the new movie Rabisu: Curse of the Demon!
Hunter and Wes previously worked together in the Hallmark Channel movie Holiday Touchdown: A Chiefs Love Story, which she starred in and he made a cameo in as a festive bartender.
Now, they’re back on screen together for the directorial debut of Hunter‘s filmmaker husband Chris Copier.
In Rabisu, a team of social-media ghost hunters enters a warehouse filled with eerie, intentional clutter—only to discover a djinn capable of possession, shifting corridors, and turning friends into violent threats as they search for a way to survive.
The indie horror film will be released on VOD streaming services on April 3. Watch the trailer below!
Also starring in the movie are Chase Ramsey, Austin Archer, Lindsay Foster, and Tariq Brown. Douglass Kaufman and Jennifer Ricci produce.
DeskPop Entertainment president Steve Bulzoni said in a statement, “Rabisu: Curse of the Demon taps into a very old mythology while delivering the kind of relentless, pressure-cooker experience that plays incredibly well on streaming. Chris Copier has crafted something that’s intense, unsettling, and deeply atmospheric.”
Hunter and Chris just shared their marriage news last week. Check out their wedding photos!
