With median housing prices for single-family homes dropping, An Austin expert with the Austin Board of Realtors and Unlock MLS predicts stability for the housing market this year.
Austin Board of Realtors President John Crowe said that with increased interest rates, homebuyers and the housing market should adjust to less volatility and homes staying on the market longer.
