HEATWAVE: The Hottest Fitness Festival is back!
The 3rd Annual Fitness Festival returns to Limassol on 25th & 26th April, back on deck at Molos, bringing together the island’s fitness community for two high-energy days by the sea.
Doors open from 9:00am-18:30pm on both Friday 25th and Saturday 26th April.
TRAINING & PROGRAMMING
This year, the festival proudly welcomes back a powerhouse lineup of studios and trainers, including FUELHOUSE, CrossFit Limassol, Machalekkides Gym, Barry’s Bootcamp UAE, Flow Lab Pilates, Kalopedi Gym, Fight & Fitness Co. and many more.
Attendees can join any classes of their choice, led by both top local studios and international coaches, offering a diverse schedule designed for all fitness levels.
INTERNATIONAL INSTRUCTORS
Adding a global edge to the weekend, the festival has hosted international fitness instructors flown in from Athens, London, and Dubai, bringing fresh training styles, new energy, and world-class coaching to Limassol.
These international sessions give attendees the opportunity to experience globally recognised training concepts while remaining rooted in the local fitness scene — reinforcing the festival’s role as a meeting point between Cyprus and the international fitness community.
This year we will be hosting:
Connor Moody from Dubai: Barry’s Bootcamp Instructor, dancer & an overall hypeman – his energy is truly unmatched. He’s recently been taken to Abu Dhabi & Kuwait to train instructors for the new studio openings as well as leading all of Barry’s Dubai’s pop-up events. We can’t wait for you to feel the magic.
Lottie Alice Lamb from London: Charlotte Neocleous Lamb is not only a half Cypriot Hybrid Athlete but she is an ex-police officer, hands-on mother and definitely an Athlete to admire. She’s a hybrid trainer on evolve you the application as well as a representative for LSKD, ESN Supplements & RAD Global.
Lola Karavasilli from Thessaloniki: Lola has taken the internet by a storm with her energy and iconic Vissi rides and we’re flying her in to bring all that energy on deck! As a certified real ryder instructor she’s travelled the world to get trained by elite coaches like Kristina Girod.
COMMUNITY & CULTURE
At its core, the festival is about bringing people together. Alongside the training programme, the weekend will feature a charity run for BlueHeart Foundation in collaboration with the island’s leading run clubs, encouraging participants of all abilities to move together, connect, and celebrate the island’s growing fitness culture.
Blue Heart is a dynamic and multifaceted Non-Profit Organization, aimed at immediately addressing urgent needs and substantially supporting our fellow human beings experiencing economic hardship, bullying, violence, and abuse. It relies on a vast network of people who voluntarily join forces.
Our partnering Run Clubs include: Team Runnins, The Nicosia Run Club, The PM Run Club, Sea Legs Runners and more to be announced soon. The first run will be a Hybrid Run, including a bit more of a workout to keep the heatwave spirit alive, and the second run will be a Vespa Charity Run.
With workouts set against the sea and shared moments throughout the day, the event creates a space where fitness meets lifestyle, and strangers leave as part of the same community.
MUSIC & ATMOSPHERE:
Set against the Limassol coastline, the festival blends training, movement, and music — with non-stop DJ sets, soundtracking workouts in Hip Hop, RnB, and AfroHouse.
DJ lineup includes last year’s incredible crew DJ MG, Mr. Cause, Mr. MK, and STS Michael, keeping energy levels high from the first workout to the final stretch.
POP-UP MARKET & RETAIL
The festival will also host a curated pop-up market, featuring a mix of activewear brands and streetwear stores, allowing attendees to shop between sessions and discover both local and international labels.
Participating brands include NN Bodies, DIVINITY, Naipo, Aqua Butterfly, and many more alongside additional retail activations throughout the weekend.
