Sam Asghari Reacts to Britney Spears' DUI Arrest

Another one of Britney Spears‘ exes is reacting to her recent arrest.

If you didn’t see, the 44-year-old “Womanizer” superstar was arrested on Wednesday (March 4) for Driving Under the Influence (DUI) in California.

While appearing on Fox News for an interview on Friday (March 6), Britney‘s ex-husband Sam Asghari shared his thoughts on her arrest.

Keep reading to find out more…“When it comes to people making mistakes, I understand that,” the 32-year-old Tehran-born model and fitness trainer said, noting that his attention has been primarily on the ongoing Iran war.

“I think that everyone deserves privacy,” he continued. “And I hope the press has learned from the past, that they give her the privacy that she needs.”

If you forgot, Britney and Sam began dating in 2016 and married in June 2022. They separated a year later and their divorce was finalized in 2024. Despite their split, Sam has continued to publicly speak out in support of Britney.
