Louisiana bill proposes end to vehicle inspection stickers

House Bill 838, authored by State Rep. Larry Bagley, would remove the requirement for certain vehicles in Louisiana to have inspection stickers, and would also remove the requirement for officers to provide written notice to drivers and for vehicles to be repaired or in safe condition within five days.
