Alpha Bank Cyprus launches new subscription packages for daily banking
Alpha Bank Cyprus on Tuesday announced the launch of its new myAlpha Benefits subscription packages, introducing what it described as a substantial upgrade to the daily retail banking experience for private customers.
With this initiative, the bank said it is “reinforcing its strategy to deliver modern, clear and tailored solutions, positioning banking as a smart choice aligned with each customer’s lifestyle”.
According to the bank, the new myAlpha Benefits subscription packages introduce a structured subscription-based approach designed to offer greater cost predictability, reduced transaction fees and access to exclusive benefits.
“By bundling essential banking services into unified packages, customers are provided with enhanced control over their day-to-day activity and a clear overview of the services and advantages they receive,” the bank said.
“The new range has been developed to cater to different customer profiles and life stages, reflecting what the bank describes as a flexible and customer-centric philosophy,” it added.
Moreover, the myAlpha Gen package is aimed at the younger generation, placing emphasis on digital convenience, simple transaction management and monitoring of daily expenses through mobile devices.
“The myAlpha Gold and myAlpha Legacy packages have been specifically structured for professionals, families and affluent clients with more advanced and complex banking needs, offering enhanced privileges, flexibility and stability in their transactions,” the announcement explained.
“The philosophy behind the packages is rooted in choice, allowing each customer to select the option that best matches their lifestyle, transaction habits and priorities,” it added.
At the same time, the myAlpha Benefits packages are fully integrated into the Alpha 360 digital platform, “strengthening the overall service experience and offering contemporary tools for managing accounts and transactions”.
“The digital dimension of the new series constitutes a key pillar of the bank’s broader strategy to simplify procedures and improve everyday interaction with customers,” Alpha Bank stated.
According to the bank, the new offering reflects its ongoing commitment to solutions that combine transparency, flexibility and added value, underpinned by a clearer pricing structure and a benefits framework aligned with modern needs.
Through this approach, Alpha Bank Cyprus said it aims to further strengthen its relationship of trust with customers and lay the foundations for a more organised and efficient daily banking experience.
