Carole starred on RHONY from season 5 through season 10. She left the show in 2018 after a major falling out with co-star Bethenny Frankel and executive producer Andy Cohen. Carole has since reconciled with Andy and she appeared at BravoCon 2025 in Las Vegas last year.
Carole is now the first of the OG RHONY stars to appear on the show since its reboot and major cast overhaul in 2023.
The rebooted series starred Jenna Lyons, Brynn Whitfield, Erin Lichy, Jessel Taank, Sai De Silva, Ubah Hassan, and Racquel Chevremont.
While Jenna and Brynn have both exited the series, it’s unclear which other ladies will be appearing in season 16.
