Franklin Graham: Iranian ex-pats celebrating, even in Minnesota!
Franklin Graham, the head of the worldwide Christian ministry Samaritan’s Purse, has noted a significant reaction to the demise of the deadly Islamic regime in Iran: Celebrations.
And he’s not the only one noticing.
Graham, who also heads the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association, said on social media, “Iranian expatriates are celebrating across the U.S. and around the world! I saw some in Minnesota yesterday. They are thanking President Donald J. Trump and America for taking action against the Islamic regime that held the people of Iran captive and brutally oppressed them for over four decades.
“Pray for our military and especially for the families of the four service members who have made the ultimate sacrifice as a part of Operation Epic Fury.”
Minnesota, of course, is where there has been huge scandal and much violence that has been inflicted on the state’s Somali immigrant community, centered on a congressional district represented by Rep. Ilhan Omar, D-Minn., a Muslim.
The federal government is investigation charges that social services aid programs have been defrauded of billions of tax dollars there, and a recent crackdown on federal immigrant and border laws resulted in the arrests of several thousand, triggering sometimes violent protests and attacks on churches from pro-open borders agitators.
Iran’s chief, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, was killed in a strategic strike by military forces on the orders of President Donald Trump over the weekend, as were several dozen other regime chiefs.
Iranian ex-patriots across the United States noticed:

A The New York Post documented that celebrations broke out all across the United States.
“Revelers took to the streets in Washington D.C., New York and Los Angeles to hail America’s military action against Iran and what President Trump said was the death of the fanatical regime’s leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei.”
Ex-pats “mobbed” the White House, cheering and dancing.
Hundreds of celebrants near Georgetown University loudly chanted “USA! USA!” Saturday night while waving American and the Lion and Sun flag, the report said.
Crowds “flocked” to Persian restaurants in New Yori.
Foujan Gharib, a student who had been shot during Iran’s 2022 uprising against the dictatorship, told the Post, “I was crying, and soon after, I was dancing.”
“Dancing. Everywhere. I was dancing today. After 50 days of torture, and so many innocent lives being killed, more than 40,000 people, 30,000 people. So this was a relief, actually. So, this was the first time in 50 days that I’m happy, and I danced,” she said.
