Dear God,

You meet me in the uncertainty, you steady my heart when it starts to race, and you gently realign me with the truth that I am held.

Guide me today, God. Quiet the anxious thoughts that rise too quickly. Strengthen the parts of me that feel tired. I place my family, my work, my hopes, my worries, and every dream I’m still nurturing into your hands. Lead my life in the direction only you can see, and help me trust the timing I don’t yet understand.
