Govt plans registry to keep tabs on public infra works
Odisha government is establishing a Centralised Asset Registry and Unified Works Passbook to track all public infrastructure. Each asset will receive a unique 10-digit ID and be geo-tagged. This system aims to provide a unified database for ongoing, completed, and maintenance works across departments, with initial implementation in one district.
