Dartford tunnel closed after crash causing delays with one person taken to hospital
One of the two tunnels at the Dartford Crossing was closed after a four-vehicle crash.
One person was taken to Princess Royal University Hospital in Farnborough after the accident in the east tunnel.
Ambulance crews attended shortly after 3.30pm today and treated one patient.
Two fire engines also attended to assist in making the scene safe. They left at 4.13pm.
Traffic cameras shows congestion on the Essex-bound M25.
There are long delays between Junction 1A for A206 Dartford to Junction 31 A1306 for Lakeside.
According to traffic reporting tool Inrix, there is congestion back to Junction 3 for the M20 Swanley Interchange.
