Odisha launches drugs for rare blood disorders
Odisha's health department has introduced two advanced medicines for haemophilia and Von Willebrand disease patients, marking a first for the state. These extended half-life Factor VIII and Von Willebrand Factor with Factor VIII injections aim to reduce treatment frequency, prevent bleeding, and improve the quality of life for those with these rare blood disorders.
