Tottenham player ratings vs Fulham as 8/10 star makes a difference off the bench
The full-time whistle has blown in the Premier League match between Fulham and Tottenham, and it’s time for our player ratings.
Tottenham’s winless run in 2026 in the Premier League continues after Fulham secured a 2-1 win over Igor Tudor’s men at Craven Cottage following strikes from Wilson and Iwobi.
Let’s take a look at how the individual players got on:
Guglielmo Vicario – The Italian was barely tested in the second half. However, in the first 45 minutes, he was well beaten by strikes from Wilson and Iwobi. 5.
Pedro Porro – The full-back returned to the starting XI and, in the first half, looked to spark Spurs’ attacks with crosses and forward passes, but nothing led to a goal. In the second half, Fulham managed to get in behind him with neat one-twos. 5.
Radu Dragusin – The centre-back was forced into plenty of defending, with Fulham looking dangerous on every attack. For their opener, he was pushed in the back, but the goal stood. In the second half, he was often dragged out of position into midfield and wide areas. 4.
Micky van de Ven – A poor outing for the Dutchman, who often gave possession away and was caught ball-watching for Fulham’s second, failing to apply pressure on Iwobi. After the break, there were several occasions when he was caught out of position, exposing the back line. 4.
Archie Gray – A mixed performance from Gray, who struggled to contain Harry Wilson on Fulham’s right, with the winger afforded too much room when the full-back advanced. However, in the second half, he assisted Richarlison’s goal following a neat link-up with Tel after his overlap. 6.
Joao Palhinha – He often had to cover for Micky van de Ven when he ventured forward. He also had an effort in the first half, which was deflected for a corner. In the second half, he stuck to his defensive duties, sweeping up when required. 5.
Yves Bissouma – A more advanced role for Bissouma, with the Malian operating as the eight and helping to keep play ticking in the first forty-five minutes. In the second half, the shape became more fluid, and he often covered the left when Gray pushed on. 6.
Conor Gallagher – Far from a productive outing for the Tottenham man, who had little effect on proceedings going forward. He was hooked on the hour mark. 3.
Xavi Simons – The Dutchman never got going and barely created any chances for Tottenham. He was taken off for Mathys Tel in the second half. 3.
Dominic Solanke – Led the line, and chances were few and far between. He looked to make things happen in the first half, but nothing came of it. 5.
Randal Kolo Muani – A quiet first half that included him losing possession cheaply on several occasions. He continued to run the channels but never had a clear-cut chance. He was replaced by Richarlison. 4.
Substitutes
Pape Matar Sarr – Replaced Conor Gallagher and went straight into midfield as Tudor looked for a response. 6.
Richarlison – A striker’s finish from the Brazilian, who ghosted to the back post and headed into an empty net to give Tottenham hope. 8.
Mathys Tel – The Frenchman was a livewire off the bench, direct in his play and adding much-needed threat on the left, unafraid to take his man on. Linked up well with Gray for Spurs’ goal. 7.
Souza – Came on for Yves Bissouma in the final ten minutes. N/A.
Kevin Danso – Replaced Radu Dragusin in the final five minutes, marking his return from injury. N/A.
