ERFA Holds Crucial 2nd AGM in Mangochi
Delegates have convened in Mangochi District for the 2nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Eastern Region Football Association (ERFA), with critical governance and administrative matters dominating discussions.
The meeting has brought together three representatives from each of the Eastern Region’s five districts, reflecting a united effort to strengthen football management and operations across the region.
According to the agenda, delegates are deliberating on key areas including game management, financial liquidation and reporting, as well as administrative management.
These discussions are expected to assess progress made over the past year and map the way forward for the association.
The AGM serves as an important platform for accountability, strategic planning and decision-making, ensuring that football activities in the region are effectively coordinated and aligned with established regulations.
The meeting is expected to reach its climax tomorrow, 01 March 2026, when resolutions and key decisions from the deliberations will be adopted.
