Bill Clinton accused of ‘looking down a woman’s top’ in new photo
Bill Clinton ‘looked down a woman’s chest’ while at a bar in 1999, a political commentator has claimed.
Megyn Kelly shared a photograph of the then-US president at The Bombay Club in Washington DC, with two of her friends.
Kelly said on an episode of her podcast: ‘Yes, he is looking down the chest of my friend, Meg Florence, and that’s my other friend in the foreground, Abby Rittman.
‘He’s basically got his hand on her side boob.’
The podcaster claimed that Clinton was with his wife, Hillary and daughter Chelsea at the time and introduced himself to Florence and Rittman.
‘Look at him, he’s in the middle of the restaurant, looking down my one friend’s blouse with his friend creepily high on the side,’ Kelly alleged.
‘They were 20. They were just graduating college. He was still president. It was 1999.’
Clinton was impeached on charges of perjury and obstruction of justice in December 1998, becoming only the second US president to be impeached.
It came after a sex scandal involving then-White House intern Monica Lewinsky.
Clinton survived a Senate trial two months later, with senators (including Republicans) rejecting the charges against the Democrat.
Kelly called the picture, which she had permission to share, ‘evidence’ that Clinton ‘wasn’t shamed at all’ over the Lewinsky scandal.
‘I’m not saying this is a crime. I’m just saying not chastised at all as a result of Lewinsky,’ the journalist added.
The episode aired on YouTube as Hillary Clinton began her deposition over her alleged ties with Jeffrey Epstein.
During a more than six-hour, closed-door deposition in front of the House Oversight Committee, Hillary denied meeting the convicted sex offender.
She added at a news conference: ‘I don’t know how many times I had to say I did not know Jeffrey Epstein. It’s on the record numerous times.’
Clinton said that the meeting veered away from Epstein when Republicans grilled her about UFOs and Pizzagate.
Pizzagate is a debunked conspiracy theory that Democrats were running a child sex-trafficking ring out of a pizza restaurant in Washington DC.
The deposition briefly descended into chaos after a Republican politician leaked a photograph of the proceedings to a right-wing blogger.
Bill Clinton has been approached for comment.
