It’s safe to say not everyone is a holiday person. Maybe it’s just not your thing, and that’s totally fine. But if you do recognize yourself as such, the next one you should definitely be celebrating won’t be Easter or St. Patrick’s Day. No, no, there’s one coming up very soon that catches the attention of trainers worldwide. Of course, I’m talking about Pokémon Day!
The unofficial official international holiday is on Friday, February 27th, and started just 10 years ago. However, this year it’s more special than ever with the celebration of the brand’s 30th anniversary. And in honor of such a wonderful milestone, they’ve teamed up with LEGO for the very first time, and we have all the information you need to try to make them yours.
In January, it was announced that two of the most popular brands among kids and adults would collaborate for the first time. I was very shocked to learn they’ve never worked together before. Still, considering this is Pokémon’s pearl anniversary, it’s only right that they did something big, like collaborating with LEGO, to celebrate. And speaking of big, let me tell you, these new sets are huge — like over-a-foot-tall-huge. And if you consider yourself a huge fan, you’ll probably want at least one (or all).

LEGO x Pokémon Day Collection
Alright, let’s get into these new sets. Since it’s the 30th anniversary, the two brands decided to drop three new and exclusive sets to get fans excited and, most importantly, keep them in love with their favorites. While there are literally hundreds of Pokémon they could’ve chosen from, they decided to pay homage to a handful of the original, like Eevee, Venusaur, Charizard, Blastoise, and of course, Pikachu.
The new sets will be available on Pokémon Day, which is this Friday. However, you can pre-order two now, and they’ll ship that day so that you can get them sooner than anyone else. Below, we’ve outlined the three new sets and everything you need to know to secure them. And remember, you always have to catch them all.
NEW LEGO X POKéMON DAY SETS 2026
Pikachu and Poké Ball Set
The electric Pokémon has the tallest set at 13.5 inches and features him and the iconic Poké Ball. It takes over 2,000 pieces to create them, and you can either display them on a lightning bolt-shaped platform or leave them as cute companions. While it was made in honor of Pokémon Day, you can actually pre-order it now, so it’ll be shipped out tomorrow.

Eevee Set
We know the Pikachu set is definitely on the pricer side. If you don’t want to shell out too much cash but still want to partake in the celebration, consider opting for the Eevee set. They stand over 7.5 inches tall and will look absolutely adorable wherever you put them. It has a perky tail that you can move around, and the most adorable face that’s recognizable to any fan.

Venusaur, Charizard and Blastoise Set
The next biggest set to follow features some of the coolest (and dare I say, toughest) Pokémon in the game. This massive kit features over 6,800 pieces to create three “iconic Grass-, Fire- and Water-type Pokémon in their final evolutions.” You can either create them all together to make an epic display of Blastoise, Charizard, and Venusaur that feature them on a beach, in the jungle, or on a volcano stand — or keep them separate in their own element. Each Pokémon has articulated features that allow it to move its head and limbs. Given how intricate it is, it’s easy to see why this baby is over $600. Unlike the other two, this one isn’t available for pre-order. It’ll be available to purchase tomorrow on Pokémon Day. So if you really want this one, make sure to keep this link open in advance.
