Give it a pass
Hello Friends,
The RealSurf HQ rain gauge has seen 39.5 mm since midnight and the showers are likely to be with us intermittently for the rest of the day. The Pollution Possible warning has been posted on Beachwatch for Dee Why and other beaches. And of course significant rain events stir up the coastal ecosystem in a way that Bull sharks like. Throw in the fact that the wind has been ESE since yesterday evening and was 15-20 kts at 0900, puts the cherry on top. That the swell’s come up is kind of beside the point. It’s junky, awful, and likely polluted.
When will it improve? Well, the Mighty Goat has rolled out his week-ahead surf forecast, and, as always I commend it to you!
Stay dry!
