Mason held for raping, impregnating minor
A 26-year-old mason was arrested in Kendrapada for allegedly raping and impregnating a 17-year-old daily labourer. The survivor's mother filed an FIR after noticing physical changes, leading to the accused's arrest under BNS section 70(2) and Pocso Act. The minor, four months pregnant, has been shifted to a short-stay home.
