Trump Proposes Deporting Robert De Niro & Other Political Enemies, Even Though Most of Them Are US Citizens

Donald Trump expressed interest in kicking three of his enemies out of the United States in a fiery statement, including natural-born U.S. citizen Robert De Niro.

The 79-year-old president took to social media on Wednesday (February 25) to issue a fierce attack on the beloved 82-year-old Oscar winner.

His comments come after De Niro said he felt “betrayed by [his] country” in a speech delivered the same night as Trump‘s own State of the Union.

In addition to the actor, the politician suggested that two of his political rivals should be sent “back from where they came.” One of those rivals was also born in the U.S.

On Truth Social, Trump took aim at Reps. Ilhan Omar and Rashida Tlaib, both Democratic members of the House of Representatives who verbally called out the president as he delivered his speech at the U.S. Capitol, per NBC News.

“When you watch Low IQ Ilhan Omar and Rashida Tlaib, as they screamed uncontrollably last night at the very elegant State of the Union, such an important and beautiful event, they had the bulging, bloodshot eyes of crazy people, LUNATICS, mentally deranged and sick who, frankly, look like they should be institutionalized,” Trump began his attack.

He continued, adding, “When people can behave like that, and knowing that they are Crooked and Corrupt Politicians, so bad for our Country, we should send them back from where they came — as fast as possible. They can only damage the United States of America, they can do nothing to help it.”

“They should actually get on a boat with Trump Deranged Robert De Niro, another sick and demented person with, I believe, an extremely Low IQ, who has absolutely no idea what he is doing or saying — some of which is seriously CRIMINAL!”

Trump derided De Niro‘s emotional speech, saying that he cried “much like a child would do.”

The president also compared the actor to another one of his enemies in Hollywood — Rosie O’Donnell, describing De Nero as being “even sicker than” the comedian and actress.

“The only difference between De Niro and Rosie is that she is probably somewhat smarter than him, which isn’t saying much,” he wrote, concluding, “The good news is that America is now Bigger, Better, Richer, and Stronger than ever before, and it’s driving them absolutely crazy!”

If Trump followed through on his demand to send his rivals “back from where they came,” he’d be sending Tlaib back to Detroit, Mich. She was born there to her immigrant parents and made history as the first Palestinian-American woman in Congress, per the Detroit Free Press.

De Niro is also a U.S. citizen, who was born in New York City. While Omar was born in Somalia, she’s been a citizen since 2000, according to Politico.

Earlier this year, Omar called out Trump after he implied that she faked an attack while speaking at a town hall event.
