Why We Love This Deal
Amazon has typically been our go-to source for deals on the best name-brand power tools, but Walmart is muscling into the conversation with some hefty deals of its own. Here’s a great example: The classic Milwaukee M18 Fuel Sawzall that was on sale on Amazon a couple of months ago is now even cheaper at Walmart.
The Milwaukee M18 Fuel Sawzall Reciprocating Saw is now only $130 at Walmart, a 26% discount from its listed price of $175. That’s a bit misleading, however: This saw (model 2821-20) retails for $275 on Amazon and has an MSRP of $249 at The Home Depot. Considering that, this Walmart deal actually represents a discount of over 50%, and it’s the best price for this Sawzall anywhere, according to Google Shopping.

This Sawzall comes as a bare tool, so it doesn’t include an M18 Fuel battery, blades, or charger, but if you already own some Milwaukee M18 batteries, those power cells will work with this tool.
Inside, it features a powerful and reliable brushless motor that can move the blade at up to 3,000 strokes per minute.
It's got plenty of muscle—with the right blade, it has enough oomph to cut through metal, in fact. The saw also features Milwaukee’s Redlink Plus suite of safety features that prevent overheating, overdischarge, and electrical overloads. The simple trigger grip and a large overmolded handle on the body of the saw make it easy to get a firm grip as you work, and it includes helpful extras like an LED light and a fold-open metal hook for hanging it on a tool rack.

Reviewers have been amazed by this saw’s “spectacular” performance—one noted it “cut through a steel pipe with no problem.” Others said it’s a standout compared to similar models from other top brands. One called it “much better than DeWalt” and said it “cuts faster, vibrates much less, and is easier to hold and use.” If you’re in the market for a powerful and versatile saw, this is definitely it.
At $130, Walmart’s price for this top-rated Milwaukee Sawzall is over $100 less than what competing retailers are offering, but you'd better act fast: At this price, the saw could sell out once more people learn about the sale price.
