State to launch innovation mission to promote skills, biz
Odisha is set to launch a State Innovation Mission and a Biotechnology Research Centre to foster critical thinking and entrepreneurship. These initiatives aim to boost the state's Global Innovation Index ranking by nurturing ideas into products. A dedicated Pharma and Biotech Research Centre and an Iconic Science City are also planned to drive advanced research and industry growth.
