MLS side 'weighing up' summer move for £60m Man Utd star, another club ready to offer 'two-year deal'

Manchester United midfielder Casemiro has already begun mapping out the next chapter of his glittering career.

It was revealed a few weeks back that Casemiro would leave United after his current contract expires at the end of June.

He moved to Old Trafford from Real Madrid in a deal worth £60 million.

The Sun have now revealed that Casemiro has drawn interest from Inter Miami and they are one of several clubs weighing up a move for the former Real Madrid midfielder.

United benefited from a rare free weekend following their early elimination from the FA Cup, offering players a brief pause.

The 33-year-old was in Florida to scout the area as he weighed up his options after the World Cup in the summer.

A switch to Miami would present the tantalising prospect of linking up with global icon Lionel Messi in Major League Soccer.

The MLS outfit are far from alone in the race for his signature.

FC Porto and Sao Paulo are monitoring his situation, with the Brazilian club ready to offer Casemiro a two-year deal with an option to work for the club at the end of his contract.

Saudi Arabia remains another lucrative possibility, where the five-time Champions League winner could reunite with former teammate Cristiano Ronaldo at Al-Nassr FC.

Casemiro has been in superb form in the 2025-26 season, and it is no surprise that multiple clubs are keen to land his signature.

Considering his age and sky-high wages, United have made the correct decision not to extend his deal.

However, they must find a solid, Premier League-ready replacement to fill his boots.

Elliot Anderson, Carlos Baleba and Adam Wharton are on their transfer wish list.
