‘Mommy, I’m scared he’s going to come eat me!’ Trans teacher demands kids take part in his wolf-like fantasies
A top-flight legal team has dispatched to the Department of Defense Education Activity program a demand letter that a teacher at the school at Fort Bragg be suspended.
His failings include his dressing “provocatively” as a female so that children in kindergarten and pre-K are confused, wearing a dog collar and animal tail in class, insisting he turns into a “wolf” and could “eat” children, insisting kids howl like wolves, and more.
Liberty Counsel’s letter said the man needs to be removed from any contact with children.
“This male’s behavior and DoDEA’s failure to intervene constitutes sexual harassment in violation of Title IX and violates President Trump’s Executive Order 14168 of January 2025, Defending Women From Gender Ideology Extremism and Restoring Biological Truth to the Federal Government,” the legal firm explained.
The teacher claims to identify as “Roxxanne Wildheart” a.k.a. “Ms. Roxxie,” “Captain Roxxie,” “Koda Wildheart,” “Kiera Blackheart,” “Lilith Deathhowl,” “Artemis Deathhowl,” “savagebeastqueen” and many other names.
Parents have affirmed to the lawyers their children are “scared,” “upset,” and “uncomfortable” with the teacher and his “behavior.”
“Mommy, I’m scared he’s going to come eat me!” one little girl told her mother. “Who’s going to come eat you?” Her daughter replied, “Ms. Roxxie! He told us again he turns into a wolf at night!”
“When parents reported this behavior to school administrators in early 2025, and then again in January 2026, they were told that the administration “can’t do anything about how he dresses, because there is no official dress code,” and because he is “transgender.” The current principal told the parents that “we can’t help” and declined to provide any assurances that children would be protected,” Liberty Counsel reported.
The “disturbing behavior” “harms children, detracts from military readiness by distracting parents, and violates Title VII, Title IX, and numerous other Pentagon and executive policies,” the report notes.
“This male has disqualified himself from teaching children based on his classroom behavior,” wrote Liberty Counsel. “It is the height of anti-Christian bias to tell [parents] with Christian religious convictions ‘there’s nothing we can do’ when a man with overt sexual fetishes wants to inculcate those fetishes into children in the classroom and escort their little daughters to the restrooms.”
It warns “Warfighter fathers of Fort Bragg families cannot ‘prioritize military excellence and readiness’ if their little children are subjected this kind of behavior in the classroom.”
“This teacher has been permitted to act this way with full knowledge of Poole Elementary administrators in violation of these children’s rights and the rights of their parents. We commend President Donald Trump for his executive order that defends women and girls from gender ideology extremism, and we commend him and Secretary Pete Hegseth for prioritizing military excellence and readiness. The Department of Defense Education Activity must protect these impressionable children from this gross and disturbing behavior,” explained Liberty Counsel chief Mat Staver.
Alarmingly, the male “has been permitted to escort pre-K, kindergarten or any other girls into the bathrooms based on his claimed ‘female” identity,” so the department “has the duty to offer parents forensic interviews for these at-risk children.”
Complaints from parents appeared in early 2025 and have continued into 2026.
And it warned, “On more than one occasion, parents have observed this male wearing black fishnet stockings, tights that are ‘shredded’ or have holes in them, black miniskirts, black combat boots, black BDSM dog collar-fetish tags … and an animal tail….”
The team notes the teacher’s online persona includes images such as a “male” “who depicts his ‘sona’ evilly grinning, covered in blood and gore, holding in one hand a knife with 13 ‘kill mark'” indicators.
“At a minimum, this male’s inappropriate relationship with the kindergarten students clearly encompasses grooming, manipulation, and exploitative relationship-oriented adult-to-student contact that he intended…”
Nor is the teacher’s “speech” protected, the legal team explains.
