Plan Your Schedule for Pizza Expo 2026
Getting Ready for Pizza Expo Starts Today
When it comes to making the most of your Pizza Expo experience, it’s key to have a schedule. Between back-to-back competitions as well as Demos, Seminars and Workshops at the Las Vegas Convention Center, there is simply too much to do in a short amount of time.
Traveling with colleagues makes splitting up the vast education schedule more manageable. For example, chef Wylie Dufresne of Stretch Pizza is giving a keynote address on Tuesday, March 24. At the same time, Will Grant of Sourdough Willy’s Pizzeria is hosting a paid workshop that covers the history of pizza through the future of American and Italian-style pizza. What is a curious shop owner to do? Send your staff to the keynote and book yourself a seat in the workshop. Afterwards, make time to sit together and share everything you learned. (I attended Grant’s workshop during Pizza Expo Columbus, then came home and immediately made changes to my mixer settings.)
Newcomers to Pizza Expo will be blown away by the size of the exhibit hall. More than 500 equipment, ingredient and service providers will be onsite to help you run your business more profitably and efficiently. Exhibit floor hours are 10 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Tuesday and Wednesday, March 24-25, and 10 a.m.-3 p.m. on Thursday, March 26. With so much opportunity and limited time, plan ahead! What equipment and services could help push your business forward in 2026?

Download the Pizza Expo mobile app and check out the exhibitor lineup. You can search for terms such as ovens or pepperoni, then flag companies you are interested in. If you would like a vendor to reach out to you, select “Show Interest” in the app to let exhibitors know they are on your radar. You can also view a map of West Hall in the app, complete with room numbers (for Keynotes, Seminars and some workshops) as well as booth numbers and the location of events such as the International Pizza Challenge and World Pizza Games.
If you only have time to attend one networking event during Pizza Expo, make it Beer & Bull. The networking event on Tuesday, March 24 at 4:30 p.m. has been reimagined for 2026 with an emcee and some of Pizza Today’s top columnists on hand to answer questions about business, kitchen operations, pizza styles and more.
For another chance to kick back with a beverage and rub elbows with the pizza community, the Pizza Games Finals & Block Party is the place to be. You’ll get a chance to watch the finals of the Freestyle Acrobatic Dough Tossing event. If you’ve never been, you’ve never seen anything like it.
