The 35-year-old music superstar released the official music video for “starman” on Wednesday (February 18), featured on his latest studio album, lost americana.
The music video was directed by Sam Cahill and features the Statue of Liberty stage set from his lost americana tour, plus live show footage!

The song centers around mgk‘s “relatable struggles with fear and escapism by recasting the iconic chorus of Third Eye Blind’s 1997 alternative hit ‘Semi-Charmed Life’ in a modern context,” per the official release.
It was written, produced and performed with Travis Barker, who drums on the song, as well as SlimXX, BazeXX, Nick Long, and No Love For The Middle Child.
