Jharkhand High Court Orders Rims Equipment Purchase by May 30, FIR Against RMC Officials for Encroachment

The court also rejected a plea from Ranchi Municipal Corporation, mandating an FIR against officials who approved plans leading to Rims land encroachments. The Anti-Corruption Bureau is continuing its investigation into the matter.
